Refund policy

1. WHERE
   1. The goods are returned to our main store - Sofia, Nikola Petkov Blvd. 65-69; 
2. WHEN
   1. The goods can be returned within 14 /fourteen/ days from the date of purchase.
3. HOW
   1. The goods must be in commercial form - with original packaging.
   2. The packaging must be dry and without signs of moisture.
   3. The packaging must be free of damaged original inscriptions mentioning the batch, date of manufacture, etc.
   4. The packaging is in good commercial condition - no signs of tearing, cutting or use.
   5. The tiles are strong and without traces of cracks or deformations.
   6. The customer must provide an original document certifying the purchase of the goods.
   7. Goods that are made or delivered to a customer's individual order and are not part of regular stock or production are not accepted.
   8. TOPLOMASHINEX store does not cover the costs of transporting the goods to the store.
4. IF THE CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN OF THE GOODS ARE MET, the trader draws up a two-sided handover protocol signed by the trader and the customer, as a result of which he refunds the amount paid for the returned goods.
