Warranty Conditions

The warranty period for the product is 10 years. The warranty begins at the time of purchase. Damages and defects related to the use of water with high corrosive properties are not covered by the warranty. The user is obliged to ensure that the water system on which the radiator will be installed meets the standards and that the water flowing in the radiator is not hard and does not contain impurities. The user must install water filters and softeners in the above case. The user must carefully inspect the product before purchasing it. Any claims related to external damage to the product such as: scratches, dents, impacts, etc. are not covered by the warranty. The user has the right to return the unused product within 15 days of sale, in its original packaging, without additional explanations.
